Recap Liberal Dialogues 2026

The South East Europe Observatory was established by the Luigi Einaudi Foundation in partnership with MIB Trieste School of Management to promote liberal thought and the pro-European ideal in an area stretching from Trieste, through Slovenia and Croatia, to the Western Balkans, while developing analyses on issues of particular interest to South-East Europe and encouraging dialogue among young people of different nationalities.

Based in Trieste and supported by the Open Society Foundations, Generali, the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region and the Municipality of Trieste, the SEE Observatory organises the “Liberal Dialogues” series in the main capitals of the region, as well as an international Annual Forum in Trieste dedicated to the future of the region and its European integration.
